Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Cargo Jam 3D: Dock Rush ("the game") is developed by Deniz Kılınç and published on Google Play under the developer name "Aventra App". For any privacy question, contact us at support@useaventra.com.
2. Data stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following information only in your device's local storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the game or by clearing its data in your device settings.
3. Data we collect
We do not collect any personal data through the game. The game does not use the internet connection, does not request device permissions and contains no analytics, tracking or advertising software.
4. Contacting support
If you email us (for example using the "Support" button in Settings), we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to include, such as your player ID. We use this information only to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
5. Sharing and external links
The "Share" button opens your device's own share menu; whatever you share is sent by the app you choose, under that app's own privacy policy. Links to this policy, the terms of use or email open in your browser or email app.
6. Children
The game is suitable for a general audience. Because it does not collect personal data, it does not collect personal data from children either.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Since the game stores data only on your device, you are in full control of it. For any request about support emails you sent us, contact support@useaventra.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If a future version adds features such as advertising or in-app purchases, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the "Last updated" date above will change.
