Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing Cargo Jam 3D: Dock Rush ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. The terms of the store you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the App Store) also apply.
3. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, lives and other in-game items are virtual, can only be used inside the game, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred. We may adjust prices, rewards and game balance at any time to keep the game fair and fun. The current version does not offer purchases with real money.
4. Your progress
Game progress is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data, reset or change your device. We cannot restore lost progress.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not modify, reverse engineer, cheat in or redistribute the game, and do not use it in any unlawful way.
6. Intellectual property
The game, including its code, graphics, sounds, text and design, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The game includes the "Baloo 2" font, used under the SIL Open Font License.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
8. Changes
We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
